The creamy-vinyl texture will protect, hydrate and soothe lips for a perfect lacquered finish. It also combines sheer color and sparkle for perfectly polished pout. This moisture rich gloss can be painted alone or paired with any one of our ultra matte liquid lip-gloss. 

This high impact long lasting formula provides more coverage than a traditional gloss but has the ultimate high voltage megawatt shine.
