How do I know you have received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our team has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our team will have already started processing it (we’re fast)! So we would be unable to make any changes.
Can I Exchange An Item?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item we will issue you store credit that can be used towards the website at any time.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it! We are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible.
I no longer want the item, can I have a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds. You may send the item back for store credit.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us within 7 days of receiving your goods via the help page contact us form with your order number with further details of your issue and a member of our Customer Care team will get on this, ASAP!
Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redeliver or pick it up yourself.
Do you provide return labels?
No, we do not offer return labels as returns are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost efficient shipping method.
Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?
Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to info@stacefacebeauty.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect/faulty item as well as the packing slip. Failure to report a faulty item within 24 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
What Happens If I Forget To Use A Discount Code?
Once your order has been placed we will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
Why Won't My Discount Code Work?
Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
How Long Does It Take To Receive A Store Credit?
When we receive your return, we will process the return within 14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for this gift card/store credit code.
The shipping company may leave the parcel with a neighbor, or if there is a safe, secure location on the property they may leave the package there. The shipping company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the package, and provide you with details on where the package has been shipped to, how to contact them to re-arrange a shipping time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from
Will a signature be needed for my delivery?
No, we do not require signature confirmation for orders under $500. If you wish to have signature confirmation for your order please contact us in advance.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Of course! You can have your package shipped to another address. If you choose to have your package delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organization in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your package is successfully delivered.
What if my package doesn’t arrive?
We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised shipping date to receive your parcel in case of a shipping delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.
